Abstract
A method for the simultaneous determination of eight pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was developed.The sample was extracted by acetonitrile and purified by LC-NH2.HPLC was performed on a C18 column with wavelength at 275 nm using a gradient solvent system.The calibration curves of the eight pesticides showed good linear relationship in the concentration of 0.2~10.0 mg/L.The detection limits ranged from 0.01 to 0.04 mg/kg.The recoveries ranged from 80.1% to 103.7% with the relative standard deviation(RSD) range of 0.17%~7.8%.The method was simple,rapid,sensitive,accurate and reproducible for routine analysis.
