Abstract

In order to realize the cooperative development in northeast of China,based on the analysis of cooperative development advantage and factors that restrict its development,economic cooperation among important cities,the implement of small scale cites and towns' developing strategy,the constructing of preponderant economic area and the establishment of circular economy industry cluster and other ways and methods are put forward so as to accelerate economic development in northeast area.
