Impact of stroke unit early rehabilitation care on stroke patients with hemiplegia viability

Objective To investigate the impact of stroke unit early rehabilitation care on stroke patients with hemiplegia viability. Methods 120 cases of stroke patients admitted in our hosptal from March 2012 to October 2013,they were randomly divided into two groups,60 patients in the control group were given conventional treatment and rehabilitation care,60 patients of observation group were given stroke unit early rehabilitation care,including psychological care, physical rehabilitation,acupuncture treatment,life skills training.Before and after rehabilitation care,the FM scale,AS score,SDS score and Barthel Index(BI) were used to evaluat the changes in exercise capacity,neurological impairment, depression and daily living activities of patients. Results Before rehabilitation care,indicators of two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant,after care,the BI score of observation group was significantly higher, AS,SDS scores were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion The stroke unit care can effectively promote early rehabilitation of nerve and limb function in stroke patients, improve quality of life,it is worthy of application.
