Abstract

Objective:To investigate the curative effects of losartan and alprostadil in the early stage of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:60 patients with the early stage of diabetic nephropathy were divided into 2 groups:combined treatment group and losartan group with 30 cases in each group. The patients were treated with alprostadil and losartan or losartan. Then the levels of blood pressure, urinary albumin excretion rate, blood urea nitrogen, and serum creatinine were detected before and after the treatment. Results:The levels of blood pressure, urinary albumin excretion rate, blood urea nitrogen, and serum creatinine of the patients were obviously decreased in 2 groups(P0.05).The data of combined treatment group were better than those of the losartan group(P0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of alprostadil and losartan is effect in the early stage of diabetic nephropathy.
