Abstract
Human mesenchymal stem cells(hMSCs) are multipotent cells which can differentiate into many different types of cells such as osteoblast, adipocyte, chondrocyte. In our study,we isolated MSCs from human bone marrow and their differential potentials were investigated. The osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation were induced through staining and marker gene assay. In conclusion,MSCs derived from human bone marrow were abundant and multipotent. Therefore, they maybe initiate a new era where MSCs can broadly be used in clinical application.
