Reformation of undergraduate practice teaching sysytem based on outstanding engineers training project

The outstanding engineers training project is a new parttern reformation of engineering education talents training.The traditionnal training pattern in practice education is chellenged by undergraduate 3 plus 1 pattern.By analisysing the problem existed in practice education,we raised the new idea of reformation of practice teaching sysytem based on outstanding engineers training project.The idea that with school-enterprise cooperation,taking advantages of different education environment and resources of school and enterprise,basing on engineering consciousness and engineering quality,mainly training engineering practice ability and innovation ability,building extrusion time professional practice enterprise comprehensive practice platform,constructing the practice teaching system which meet the requirements of outstanding engineers knowledge,ability and quality,to strengthen the practice teaching construction for reference.
