Analysis of Chemical Constituents of Zanthoxylum Oil by GC-MS

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the chemical constituents of Zanthoxylum oil.METHODS: The chemical constituents of the Zanthoxylum oil sold on the market were analyzed by GC-MS technology,and the relative content of each component was determined by area normalization method.RESULTS:28 components were separated and their contents representing 95.48% of the total.CONCLUSION: Unsaturated fatty acid and terpene were proved to be the main components in Zanthoxylum oil.
