Clinical observation of diabetic cardiomyopathy patients with heart failure treated by combination of Qiliqiangxin capsule and western medicine

Objective To observe the effect of diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM) patients with heart failure treated by combination of Qiliqiangxin capsule and western medicine.Methods 43 patients with DCM were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Patients in control group were treated by routine western medicine therapy(Benazepril).Patients in treatment group were treated by combination of Qiliqiangxin capsule and western medicine.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P0.01).There were significant differences between two groups on the cardiac function,left ventricular shot blood fraction(LVEF),maximum early diastolic filling velocity(E),late diastolic filling velocity maximum(A) and E / A ratio after 2 months.Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsule has obvious effect on DCM,and can improve symptoms of heart failure,worthy of clinical application.
