Abstract
Under the condition of different catalysts,a series of non-ionic macromolecule emulsifiers were synthesized with polyethylene glycol(PEG)and epoxy resin(EO).Moreover,the corresponding water-borne epoxy resin emulsion was prepared by phase inyersion.
