Abstract

The develoved DNA markers have been proved a new approach to germplasm and breeding research of tea plant. In this paper, the molecular markers such as RAPD,AFLP,ISSR,EST-SSR have been summarized in the development of tea distribution, genetic linkage map, selecting the markers associated with traits, genetic diversity and relationship.
