Abstract

The molecular marker principles and characteristics of RFLP,RAPD,AFLP,SSR,ISH and its applications to plant breeding were reviewed.Molecular markers could be used in drawing DNA fingerprint patterns of cultivars, studing genetic diversities of germplasm resources and innovating and identificating germplasm and assisting selection.
