Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Dextran 40 on the molcular in plasma by GC when they were combined. Methods After the plasma sample was precipitated protein and derivatized,comparative the retention time of the Mannitol, Dextran 40 and the combination. Results The chromatograms show that Dextran 40 had no effect on the determination of mannitol. Conclusion This method can be used for the determination of mannitol in plasma when combination with Dextran 40.
