Abstract

The common basic theory of large span tube tied arch bridge stability analysis was introduced, with Gan'gou Bridge as example, the arch rib rigidity and ratio of rise to span influences on structural stability were discussed according to solve critical loading coefficient, which accumulated experiences for similar bridges design.
