Abstract

It is an important issue for us to interpret and evaluate the fundamental differences between the capitalism and socialism in practise in order to firm belief in order to firm belief in socialism.The establishment and changes of Social welfare system in modern society mainly manifest the disputes and differenes in the proceed of capitalism and socialism.So it is of great significant to research and promote socilalism by analysising and interpreting the related issues in theory.
