Abstract
The optimizations in the production of gasoline meeting Guo-Ⅲ standards by SINOPEC Qing-dao Refining Chemical Co.,Ltd are described.The optimized production schemes of Guo-Ⅲ gasoline are determined through analysis of impacts of different sulfur contents in FCCU feedstocks on FCC gasoline quality,FCC flue gas emission and FCCU operating costs.The practice shows that the sulfur in hydrotreatng tail oil can be controlled and energy consumption can be reduced by control of reaction severity of hydrotreating unit.When the mass percentage of sulfur in hydrotreating tail oil is controlled at 0.38%,the mass percentage of sulfur in hydrotreated FCC gasoline is 170 ppm and the concentration of SO2 in FCC flue gas is 800 mg/m3.When it is blended with other low-sulfur gasoline components,the mass percentage of sulfur in product gasoline is as low as 130 ppm.When sulfur transfer catalyst is added into FCC unit at a dosage of 0.4%,the SOx in FCC flue gas can be reduced by 20%-30%,which ensures that the mass percentage of sulfur in FCC flue gas meet the emission requirements of environmental protection.When producing environmentally friendly gasoline of Guo-Ⅲ standard by controlling the sulfur in FCC feed at 0.38%,the increase of annual economic benefit is 80 million yuan(RMB).
