Color Doppler Ultrasound Combined with High Frequency Ultrasound Probe on the Appendicitis

Objective Evaluated the role of color Doppler ultrasound on the dignosis of appendicitis.Methods Analysis the ultrasound result of 63 patients with appendicitis,which diagnosised by operation and pathology.Results Appendicitis ultrasounography was characterisic.Normal appendix could not be showed under ultrasound scan.The exhibition of appendix depended on the site,extent of swslling and the surrounding tissus.ConclusionThe ulreasonography was characteristic in the diagnosis of appendicitis.Ultrasound diagnosis of appendicitis was valuable in the decision of operate indication and the therapy.
