Abstract
It is an important living standard to human being that the spirit system is healthy and harmonious.The establishment of the Theory of Spirit starts a way to human seeking health cultural life. Mr. Liu Wen-ying put forward creatively the structure model on the basis of researching the theory of spirit of ancient Chinese all-sidedly and systematically through analyzing, criticizing, and drawing, using the theory achievement of modern western psychoanalysis. He established the Theory of Spirit of one Chinese. It discovered a unique way and possessed important enlightenment meaning to the study of the the theory of spirit, to the seeking health cultural life to modern human being.
