Abstract
With more and more rigorous investment measures, such as transnational mergers and acquisitions, share control takeover, and single proprietorship adopted in the field of FDI, some FDI enterprises play a key role in some industries in our country and all of these give Chinese enterprises a serious challenge.The influence resulted from the asymmetry of strength between Chinese enterprises and FDI enterprises is studied rationally with the dynamic games by comparing the two kinds of enterprises in a system of reciprocity, and based on this, some conclusions and suggestions are put forward.And this has an important significance in theory and practice for our country to absorb FDI and improve the competitive strength for Chinese enterprises.
