Abstract
According to the research on the urban economy and the urban problems,the paper analyzes the status and problems in the underground space development at home and abroad,and points out the layout for the underground space,the exploration ways for the planning and planning principles by taking the planning for underground space application in Dalian as the example,so as to direct the urban construction.
