A Study on the Flora of the Seed Plant in Matou Mountain Nature Reserve——III.Analysis of Species Flora

Abstract

Based on the studies of the family flora and the genus flora,the species flora of Matou Mountain Nature Reserve is analysed in this paper.There are 1 488 species of seed plants which belong to 174 families and 668 genus in the area,and most of them are sharing species with Hunan Province,Fujian Province,Zhejiang Province and South China.This implies that the flora of this area is a part of East China flora.As to the flora characteristic,the dominant species are the Full Subtropical distribution type and the Southern Subtropical to the Middle Subtropical distribution type,which reach 66.4% of the total.Moreover,there are 18 species of state protected plants and 8 species of rare plants in this flora.
