Abstract

In the current situation of the rapid development of logistics industry, in order to enhance the sustainability of the industry, we must focus on the quality of personnel training. This paper discussed the goal and orientation of logistics professional creative talents training at local colleges and universities,analyzed the existing problems and studied the basic framework and concepts in this kind of talents training at local colleges and universities.
