Abstract

Objective To study the diagnostic value of co-detections of 5 tumor markers in serum and pleural effusion. Methods The levels of TSGF, CEA, CA199 CA125, β2-MG in serum and pleural effusion were detected by MEIA and colorimetry, and the pleural effusion/serum ratio(P/S) were counted. Results TSGF, CEA, CA199 in malignant effusions were significantly highter than those in tuberculous and other benign effusion, and with P/S1.2, CA125 and β2-MG both tuberculous and malignant group were showed obviously sensitive. Conclusion Benign and malignant effusions may be diagnosed by co-detection of 5 tumor markers and P/S ratio.
