Countermeasures for Improving China's Government Procurement System

Abstract

Since China's Government Procurement Law put into effect,the scale of government procurement has increasingly increased.As part of the efforts to make it better develop strong and in order,the article suggests that we should enact supporting law and rules about government procurement,expand its scale,regulate its procedures and procurement ways, build suppliers' credibility and integrity mechanism and improve supervision management mechanism with the aim to improve government procurement system.
