Abstract
In order to investigate the drug resistance of Escherichia coli from Grus japonensis,Escherichia coli was isolated from the fecal samples in Zhalong National Nature Reserve. The sensitivity of 17 antibiotics against Escherichia coli isolates was determined by scrip diffusion method. The results of antibiotics sensitivity test indicated that all the isolates expressed drug resistance. The drug fast rates to Ampicillin and Cefalotin were 57.5%,47.5% respectively. Most of the isolated Escherichia coli strains have high sensitive to Amoxicillin/Clavulanate Acid,Aztreonam and Florfenicol.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
