Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of CYFRA21-1 and squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCAg) in diagnosis of cervical cancer patients treated with radiation therapy.Methods:CYFRA21-1 were measured by immunoradioasseey.SCCAg were measured by Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay.30 healthy females and 30 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and 70 patients with cervical cancer before and after radiation therapy were measured.Result:①The serum levels of CYFRA21-1 and SCCAg in cervical cancer Ⅱ,Ⅲ-Ⅳ were significant higher than Ⅰ,cervical intraepithelial neoplasis(CIN)and healthy females(P0.05).②The positive rate of CYFRA21-1 and SCCAg in patients with cervical cancer increased with advance of the clinical stages. The positive rate of Ⅲ-Ⅳ were significant higher than Ⅰ,Ⅱ cervical cancer.(P0.05);and the positive rate of II is higher than Ⅰ(P0.05).③The sensitivity of CYFRA21-1 and SCCAg was 44.29%,42.86%.The sensitivity combination measuring of CYFRA21-1 and SCCAg was 61.43% in diagnosis of cervical cancer.④The serum levels of CYFRA21-1 and SCCAg decreased significantly at the end of radiation therapy. Conclusions:There were specifically clinical application value of these two tumor markers for diagnosis,Specially in monitoring the outcome of patients and curative effecting of radiation therapy.
