Abstract
Piston ring friction heat is taken into account in the complete model simulation research on heat transfer of internal combustion engine in this paper.A whole set models of piston ring friction heat simulation are set up:1)the mixed lubrication model of piston ring-liner;2)the friction heat calculation model;3)the allocation model of friction heat on piston set and liner;4)the distribution model of friction heat on piston set and liner.Using these models, the effect of piston ring friction heat on piston-liner coupled system for 125 type blower cooled diesel engine is simulated.
