Present Status and Trend of New Rural Construction in Hebei Province

The current new rural construction in Hebei province is in the right direction and gets marvelous achievements with the sustainable development of the rural productivity,constant improvement of farmers' life,civilized behavior,beautiful village,and grassroots democracy.But at the same time,the existing problems have already become the bottleneck of the rural economic development,such as significant gap between urban and rural life,farmers' overall quality;incomplete covering of Beautiful village,lacking of effective management mechanism,etc.New rural construction in Hebei province must be built on the basis of eliminating the substantial gap between urban and rural areas with the purpose to give farmers same or even better life of the citizens.
