Abstract

Objective:To observe the acute pancreatitis in the integrative medicine program of clinical efficacy.Methods:64 patients with acute pancreatitis patients were randomly divided into two groups,32 patients of control group were treated by western medicine;32 cases of treatment group of medical therapy in the control group based on the use of Chinese medicine Qing Yi decoction. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.8%,control group, the total effective rate was 71.9%,total effective rate in treatment group was better than the control group(P0.05).Control intestinal function recovery time(5.7±1.5) d,ascites absorption time of(9.5±2.4) d,length of stay(27.9±10.5) d;recovery of intestinal function in treatment group(2.6±0.9) d,ascites absorption(6.5±2.7) d,length of stay(20.5±9.5) d.Conclusion:Combination treatment of acute pancreatitis have better clinical efficacy, can improve the patient's clinical symptoms, reduce hospitalization time, are worthy of promotion.
