Abstract

The double dilution method was used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentrations(MICs) of eight kinds of antibacterial drugs.Comparing the inhibiting and anti bactericidal effects on Vibrio anguillarum respectively in the inhibition zones of 1,5,10 and 20 MICs by using the MIC as a unit the best parameter was obtained. Then the best parameter was used to compare the the inhibiting and antibactericidal effects of the antibacterials in singles and in combinations. The results show that the inhibition zone of 5 MIC is the best parameter.Under this parameter,Vibrio anguillarum is most sensitive to Gentamicinum and Norfloxacinum, followed by Streptomycinum,Oxytetracylinnum and Hydrochloric Norfloxacinum,Florfenicol and Thiamphenicol. The combination of norfloxacin and thiamphenicol has the best effect.
