Abstract
With various subjects, complicated causes, scientific methods and others as feature, the main cause to the present crisis in honesty lies in the insufficiency of system, the lacking of seeking truth from facts in political life, honesty education in campaigns and individual interests. To grasp the important value of honesty and to construct a reasonable system is the basic route to cultivate the belief of honesty.
