Abstract
Honesty is an important social ethical category,the idea of honesty of our country has lasted long and well established, but market economy has endued it with deeper meaning, the serious disappearance of honesty makes people begin to appeal for the construction of the honesty society under the condition at present. And setting up the complete honesty society is a complicated system engineering.It needs setting out from such three aspects as government's honesty, enterprise's honesty and personal honesty,etc.together.
