Abstract
Ornamental grasses, as a new kind of ornamental plants for scenery creating, has much to be recognized and applied in landscape. Items of its definition, classification, ornamental characters, cultivation and maintenance are introduced briefly in this paper as well as the application. Additionally, suggestion and strategies are put forward to develop extensively this attractive ornamental plant in China.
