Clinical observation of enalapril and captopril on antihypertensive and heart rate change

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of enalapril and captopril on hypertension patient.Methods:96 cases of hypertension were randomly divided into enalapril treatment group,captopril treatment group.Compared the antihypertensive effects,the change of heart rate,blood lipids,renal function,and blood glucose of the two groups were observed.Results:In enalapril treatment group there were 40 cases had significant effect,7 cases were effectiveness,1 patient was inefficiency,the total efficiency was 97.6%.In captopril treatment group there were 37 cases had significant effect,3 cases were effectiveness,8 patients were inefficiency,the total efficiency was 83.3%.Two group's heart rate were significantly different between pretherapy and post-treatment,but blood lipids,blood glucose,renal function was not significantly different.Conclusion:In the clinical the antihypertensive effects enalapril outstrip is better than captopril,antihypertensive effects stable,less blood pressure fluctuation,and influence heart rate is more slightly than captopril.
