The Construction, Deconstruction and Reconstruction of the History of Modern Chinese Literature

It is very subjective for the construction of the history of modern Chinese literature both on the viewpoints and materials selected. Afterwards, the history of modern Chinese literature has been twice deconstructed, in which the political background played a decisive role. It can be inferred that the history of modern Chinese literature will be reconstructed in the future, and doubtlessly it will also be restricted by the future social background. Based on the observation of the construction and reconstruction of the history of modern Chinese literature, it reaches the conclusion that the trend of “pluralism” and “academicism” will benefit the reconstruction of the history of modern Chinese literature in the future.
