Abstract

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of applying the modified Madigan’s prostatectomy to treating the prostatic hyperplasia in Primary Hospital.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 27 BPH patients who were conducted with modified Madigan prostatectomy was made.Results:The effect was satisfactory with less complication.Conclusion:It is an effective treatment for benign prostatic hypertrophy of in Primary Hospital.
