Abstract
Objective To modify and improve the technique of Madigan prostatectomy.?Methods 42 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated by modified Madigan prostatectomy.?Results Satisfactory results were achieved in all cases,no incontinence or urethral stricture occurred.Conclusions The modified Madigan prostatectomy is a procedure of choice.
