Abstract

The form of teaching skills can be divided into four stages: perception, immitation. operation and proficiency . The development of teaching skills is a process in which the individual teacher continually practise, explore, correct, improve and innovate the gained teaching skills. Teaching techniqus, teaching artistry and teaching arts are three different forms in the different phase of the development of teaching skills.
