Abstract
Crash helmet experimental platform is used to test the helmet whether it conform to the standards of nation's security .In experimental platform,object falling on the helmet makes force signal, the force signal is transformed to electrical signal by sensor.The conditioning circuits make the faint signals conform to the A/D converter in data acquisition system.It includes amplifier AD524, lowpass amplifier,optical coupling isolation,linear and so on.In this platform,the sensor signal conditioning does not need so much functions which other signal conditioning module offer,it can be implement by ourself.
