Abstract
In the diagnosis of mechanical failure, the vibration signal is an indispensable part of the basis for judgment. The vibration signal is extremely weak, and the frequency is easy to be mixed because of the environmental reasons,so it can not be transformed by A/D converter. This paper introduced a kind of design method of the front signal conditioning module, the constant current source was structured by the four operational amplifier integration chip LM348,signal amplification circuit selected programmable amplifier PGA204/205 and the filter circuit was structured by the monolithic integrated filter chip MAX274.The practice test shows, this module has a great value for projects.
