Abstract

Objective: To study the value of transvaginal sonography (TVS) in early diagnosising of cervical incompetence. Mothods: One hundred and eight gravidas of habitual abortion were examined by transvaginal sonography (TVS) and transabdominal sonography (TAS). Results: Display of cervix and early diagnosising of cervical incompetence by TVS were significant higher than by TAS .Conculusion: TVS is safe and accuracy way in early diagnosising of incompetent cervix.
