Su Shi's Ideological Change in His Exile in Huangzhou

Living in exile in Huangzhou, Su Shi identified with the thought of the Confucianism and accepted it, moved towards the practice of moral self-discipline. For Buddhism and Taoism, his ideological absorption of them had obviously changed. His principle of following pragmatism according to his own needs applied itself in the human survival conditions. The Song Dynasty 's cultural background with his exile life was the basis of the change.
