Abstract
As two famous poets in Song Dynasty,Su Shi and Xin Qiji had different spiritual dispositions,creation ideas and artistic styles when writing poems due to their different era backgrounds,life experiences and views on life.Su shi invented an uninhibited poetic style while Xin Qiji had his own Jiaxuan Style;Su Shi expressed in his poems an ardent pursuit for his ideal as well as a sense of ease and his philosophical about the failure in life,while Xin Qiji’s poems were more about his concern about his country’s survival as well as his sadness and depression because of his inability to save his nation.
