Abstract

Using glucose as a inducer is better than sugar, starch and CMC in the liquid culture of Lentinus edodes. The synthetical activity of enzymes is the highest in the fermative liquid of Lentinus edodes. Meanwhile, the quantity of the crude polysaccharide reaches 0.358g/L, and biomass of Lentinus edodes reaches 0.738g/100ml.
