B Ultrasound-guided ESWL for Ureteral Calculi:Analysis of 575 Cases

Abstract

Objective: To use ultrasound direction interventing the treatment of ESWL for making an inquring into the result of the ureteral calculi with ESWL.Method: 575 patients with ureteral calculi were treated by ZH-VD ESWL and under direction of ultrasonography.Result: All 575 patients suffered from ureteral calculi were found unltrasound directing and checking;effective rate was 96%.Conclusion:The untrasound can alone finish the screening of the ESWL patients,the focus locating,the observation during operation,the effect judging.The pulverizing rate of ureteral calculi can be elevated significantly due to B ultrasound technique be applicated skillfully.
