Abstract
Ni60 coating formed on the surface of Q235 steel was obtained by a combined flame spraying and lasersurface remelting process. The microstructure and microhardness of the coating were analyzed. The results show that the appearance quality of the coating afterlaserremelting is good and has not cracks. The coating microstructure is mainly composed of γ-Ni solid solution,boride,carbide+γ-solid solution eutectic. There is an excellent metallurgical bonding between the coating and the substrate. The microhardness of the coating is 375HV0.2,which is 2~3times higherthan that of the substrate.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
