Analysis of post-competency oriented teaching model of dermatology and venereology

The reform of post-competency oriented teaching model has now become a hot research topic in the field of education and health. The traditional teaching model of Dermatology and Venereology can no longer satisfy the current demand for the competent professional personnel. In this essay,post-competency theory is introduced into the teaching model of Dermatology and Venereology. By analyzing the concept of competency and the characteristics and difficulty of current teaching model of Dermatology and Venereology,and combining with teaching practice,we proposed post-competency oriented teaching model,which may provide a new thinking for teaching reform of Dermatology and Venereology.
