Problems of Teaching Management System in Higher Vocational Colleges and Innovation Strategies

It is the focus of the development of higher vocational education in our country to innovate higher vocational teaching management system and cultivate innovative highly skilled talents who can meet the needs of social development. Through analyzing problems in teaching management in higher vocational colleges,such as lack of perfect two-level administration system,lack of scientific aim system of teaching management,and lack of systematic operation mechanism of teaching management,this paper puts forward some strategies. Strategies include innovating higher vocational teaching management mode to perfect two-level administration system; having a clear understanding of talent cultivation aims for higher vocational education to establish scientific aim system of teaching management; adhering to the employment-oriented principle to establish systematic operation mechanism of teaching management.
