Abstract
To investigate the prognosis and relationship with other complications of hepatocirrhosis ascites with hyponatremia.45 cases of hepatocirrhosis ascites with hyponatremia were studied. All cases were divided into two groups according to degree: mild hyponatremia group, moderate or severe hyponatremia group. The Child-Pugh score, degree of ascites, therapeutic effect of ascitos, incidence of complications and mortality in different group were observed. There were significant difference of the Child-Pugh score, degree of ascites, therapeutic effect of ascitos, incidence of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, hepatic eneephalopathy or hepatorenal syndrome and mortality in mild hyponatremia group and moderate or severe hyponatremia group(PO.05).hyponatremia may enhanced the rate of death or worsen event. The degree of hyponatremia was closely correlated with Child-Pugh score, degree of ascites, therapeutic effect of ascitos, incidence of complications and mortality.
