Abstract

The research adapts Klein - Defers Aqeous suspension test to study the inactive efficacy of three disinfectors to H5N1 and H9N2 Avian Influenza Virus in laboratory with chicken embryo infection test. The results indicated that at the different concentration of the Weike of 1:200, 1:280, 1: 400, 1:800,1: 1 000, at the different concentration of the Fanfuluyi of 1:320,1:600,1:800,1:1 000 and at the different concentration of the Qilu of 1 : 200, 1:400,1:600 had complete inactive efficacy to H9N2 Avian Influenza Virus in laboratory. At the different concentration of the Weike of 1:200,1:280, 1: 400,1:800, at the different concentration of the Fanfuluyi of 1:320,1:600,1:800 and at the different concentration of the Qilu of 1:200,1:400 had complete inactivation to H5N1 Avian Influenza Virus in laboratory.
