Abstract
Based on the two-way nested non-hydrostatic mesoscale numerical model(MM5V3),a whole process during typhoon Long wang landing in Fujian is simulated.Using high space-time resolution data from the model the structure of typhoon is analyzed before and after the typhoon landing. The result shows that, except for the warm temperature center appeared in the center of typhoon, the extremum of physical quantities were generally appeared in areas 100~200km away from the typhoon center. After the landing, the thermodynamic, dynamical structure and circulation changed markedly in intensity and space though characters of typhoon were reserved.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
